Buying a new home can be overwhelming, but Cheldan Homes made the inspection process really easy. Their professionalism and commitment to assisting with adjustments from the report gave us real peace of mind.

The home inspection is a crucial step in buying a house. It involved a licensed inspector that we independently hired who thoroughly examined the property to identify any issues—both big and small. This typically includes:

• Checking the roof, attic, and insulation
• Inspecting plumbing systems and water heaters
• Testing electrical systems, outlets, and the circuit panel
• Evaluating heating and cooling systems
• Assessing windows, doors, floors, and walls
• Examining the foundation and overall structure

After receiving the report, Cheldan Homes received a copy as well and worked diligently to get the house in tip top shape! There were a few very minor items on the report, which they were quick to get taken care of. They communicated with us throughout the process, which helped us to understand what was being done and how it was being done.

Once each item was complete, upon final walk through of the property, the builder walked through the entire house with us to point out what they did and provide further information about important pieces of the house which helped out tremendously. 

Nicole, Chad M. and Kaitlin were absolutely excellent, and made our Dream Home a reality! Thank you so much for everything!

We purchased our first home from Cheldan last year and we couldn't be happier.  Chad M. and Nicole made the entire process easy.  They made sure that our house was finished to meet our desired closing date.  Chad is very responsive, texting or calling immediately and gets someone out the next day for whatever we need.  Chad is also always checking in on people in the neighborhood to make sure everyone is doing ok.  Overall we are very happy and thankful for our home that Cheldan has built.

Chad H. was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was more than willing to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it to be.  He explained everything we asked in a manner we would understand.  

After living in my home for nearly 2 years now, I still love my home. My Dad owned a roofing company all of my life, and when I was looking for homes - he would look at the attic and tell me if we needed to leave haha. We probably looked at 30 homes and were very impressed with the craftsmanship of Cheldan Homes. A lot of new construction homes cheap out, on product and labor, but Cheldan didn't. Chad M. was laid back, responsive, and always happy to answer any questions. It made a huge difference. The cost vs renting was minimal, but I knew I wanted to built wealth, equity and home for my future family. Even when I bought, rates weren't the best - It was still completely worth it. The Team still stops by and visits. They have been welcoming and kind, and the relationship is still there. I would definitely recommend them.
