After living in my home for nearly 2 years now, I still love my home. My Dad owned a roofing company all of my life, and when I was looking for homes - he would look at the attic and tell me if we needed to leave haha. We probably looked at 30 homes and were very impressed with the craftsmanship of Cheldan Homes. A lot of new construction homes cheap out, on product and labor, but Cheldan didn't. Chad was laid back, responsive, and always happy to answer any questions. It made a huge difference. The cost vs renting was minimal, but I knew I wanted to built wealth, equity and home for my future family. Even when I bought, rates weren't the best - It was still completely worth it. The Team still stops by and visits. They have been welcoming and kind, and the relationship is still there. I would definitely recommend them.
